Medical Disclaimer

Updated October 2026

Colon hydrotherapy and systematic kinesiology are complementary approaches. They are designed to work alongside conventional medical care, not to replace it, and they do not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions.

Nothing on this website is intended as medical advice, and nothing you read here should be relied on as such. Always speak to your GP or another qualified healthcare professional about any health concern. Please never delay seeking medical advice, disregard advice you've been given, or stop taking prescribed medication on the basis of anything you read on this site or anything discussed during a session.

Systematic kinesiology is not a diagnostic test and is not a substitute for medical investigation. Any dietary suggestions I make are general guidance based on what we discuss together, and are not a prescription or a treatment plan.

Before you book
Please contact me before booking if you have a diagnosed medical condition, take regular medication, are pregnant, or have had abdominal surgery in the past six months, so we can discuss whether a session is appropriate for you.

Colon hydrotherapy is not suitable during pregnancy, or if you have inflammatory bowel disease, severe haemorrhoids, or have had abdominal surgery in the past six months. This is not a complete list, which is why it's important to tell me about your health history before your first appointment.

My qualifications
I'm a certified colon hydrotherapist, registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) for colon hydrotherapy, and I work to the code of practice of the Association of Registered Colon Hydrotherapists (ARCH). I hold a Master's degree in Nutritional Therapy and a diploma in systematic kinesiology (TASK). I am fully insured.

I am not a medical doctor and I do not practise medicine.

If you feel unwell
If you feel unwell during or after a session, please contact your GP, call NHS 111, or in an emergency call 999.
