Systematic Kinesiology in London

What a session is like

We begin with a conversation about your health history and what you'd like to get out of the session. You stay fully clothed throughout, while I apply gentle resistance to specific muscles — usually your arm or leg — and watch for changes in how easily each one holds.
The pattern of responses helps us decide where to focus, so the session can be shaped around what comes up rather than following a set routine.

What to bring:
Wear something loose and comfortable — jeans aren't ideal, as you'll be lying down and holding positions. Do bring any supplements you're currently taking, along with any foods you'd like included in the muscle testing.

How muscle testing works

Each muscle relates to an energy pathway known as a meridian, and each meridian is associated with an organ or system. If you come to me with digestive concerns, for example, I'll test the muscles associated with the stomach, small intestine and large intestine meridians. The pattern of responses helps point towards the areas worth looking at first, rather than starting with a generic checklist.

Please note that systematic kinesiology is a complementary approach designed to work alongside, not replace, conventional medical advice or treatment. It isn't a diagnostic test, and it doesn't diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions. Always speak to your GP about any health concern.
