Payment is taken in advance when you book, by card online or through a payment link I'll send you. Your appointment is confirmed once payment is received.

Appointments require 24 hours' notice to cancel or change, and 48 hours for Monday appointments. With more notice than this, your appointment can be moved at no charge or refunded in full. Cancellations or changes made with less notice are non-refundable, and refunds are subject to a processing fee equal to the original card transaction cost.
